Our smoking process - based on traditional techniques - gives the smoked fish an original texture and an exquisite taste. It is cooled with natural smoke from fine untreated wood, packaged immediately to ensure quality, without coloring or preservatives of any kind.
Our varieties of smoked fish
Our smoked fish collection consists of smoked Baigorry trout, smoked Getaria anchovies, smoked bonito or smoked albacore tuna, as well as smoked mackerel. We particularly enjoy our smoked fish at aperitif time. Enjoy!
