Having explored the different Basque provinces since we were very young, we have also travelled a lot and discovered many quality regions and products. We could have chosen to present them all to you. We believe that direct proximity with producers and artisans is essential to ensure the excellence we aim for. It also seemed natural to us to specialise in Basque products online to benefit as many people as possible.

FRESKOA means fresh in Basque. Our offer will quickly expand with more fresh products, organic Basque pork, organic veal or milk-fed lamb for example for meat, but also fresh fish if enough of you request it, such as line-caught hake from the St Jean de Luz fish market or line-caught bonito del norte.
