These white asparagus are fibreless and have the slightly bitter note characteristic of IGP Navarre asparagus. They are blanched before being peeled so that their skin protects their aromas. They have been voted the best asparagus in Navarre on several occasions.

ORIGIN

The secret is in the land, fertile and rich thanks to the harsh temperatures and abundance of water that characterize the Navarrese Ebro Valley. Here, nature offers us all its delicacy. With these preserves, we preserve it for the most demanding palates.

To be enjoyed at room temperature or slightly warm with a drizzle of Basque extra virgin olive oil of course, for example the Manzanilla Artajo 10 variety.

Recommendation: Store in a cool (between 16 and 18°C) and dry place, away from light, and consume quickly after opening.
