TASTING

The Getaria anchovy has inspired a wide range of culinary recipes, which is why it has become a fundamental pillar of traditional Basque cuisine. One of our favorite recipes is very simple: rub a slice of still-warm toast with a ripe tomato and sprinkle with a few anchovy fillets... Simple but terribly tasty!
Recommendation: being semi-preserved, they should be kept between 5 and 15 degrees to enjoy their best characteristics. Be sure to always keep the fillets submerged once the jar is opened, finally if there are any left…
