Harvested early, it has a very intense herbaceous aroma with notes of red fruits. It goes well with citrus fruits (orange), salads and oily fish such as red tuna.

TASTING

Intense green fruits with notes of aromatic herbs and red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant). In the mouth it has a medium-high bitterness, with a medium spiciness.

ORIGIN

Variety originating from Greece, northern Crete and southwestern Peloponnese. Cultivated and produced on the estate in Navarre.
