COOKING A PRE-COOKED PORK SHANK:

We advise you to cook your already cooked pork shank on the griddle. This will give you a thin crispy crust and all the tenderness of the pork shank cooked inside. To do this, nothing could be simpler, just cut nice slices of this cooked pork shank and fry them on the griddle.

REHEAT COOKED PORK SHOCK:

Remove the cooked pork shank from its jar by first running it under hot water. Cut into thick slices, place them in an ovenproof dish with the garnish of your choice such as piperade and leave to reheat over medium heat in the oven.
