Arbequina: Taste Green fruity with intense tones of vegetables, tomato branches and artichokes. It also recalls sweet fruits, especially green banana. In the mouth it has a sweetness and a medium and spicy bitterness, very balanced.
Arbosana: Sweet fruity aromas reminiscent of peach and strawberry, with a hint of nuts. On the palate there is a sweet touch, with a slight bitterness and very balanced.
Arróniz: Intense fruitiness with aromas reminiscent of truffle and licorice. It also has a herbaceous touch of artichoke and thistle. In the mouth it has a medium bitterness and a high late spiciness.
Blend: Intense green fruity with aromas of aromatic herbs such as thyme. It also recalls vegetables such as borage, artichoke or thistle.
Koroneiki: Intense green fruits with notes of aromatic herbs and red fruits (raspberry, red currant). In the mouth it has a medium-high bitterness, with a medium spiciness.
Manzanilla Cacereña: Intense and complex oil in aromas, where sweet fruits and spices stand out.
