How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery and handling costs are considered to be a flat-rate contribution to the actual cost of transport and handling. Delivery costs are determined according to the delivery terms and the type of products: dry products including wine & drinks, fresh products, cured meats and semi-preserved products.

The flat-rate contribution varies depending on the nature of the products:

• Express delivery - Chronofresh D+1 before 1 p.m. (fresh products, cured meats and semi-preserved goods): the contribution is €11.50

Maximum 30 kg per package.
Any order mixing different types of products necessarily results in express delivery – Chronofresh. The presence of only one fresh product, cured meats or half-preserved products in an order therefore results in express delivery Chronofresh.

• Express delivery - Chronopost D+1 before 1 p.m. (dry products only): the contribution is €9.50.

Maximum 30 kg per package.

• Standard delivery - DPD Predict (dry goods only): the contribution is €6.50.

Maximum 30 kg per package.

Any order exceeding 30kg will be subject to a flat-rate charge for additional delivery costs on the same basis as the first 30kg tranche.
