Shipping - Deliveries Covid-19:

The situation is changing every day. As of today , orders are processed until 11am instead of the usual 1pm. Any order received after 11am will be processed the next day.
Given the tense situation of the entire logistics chain, delivery times are given as an indication.

Delivery of dry products Covid-19:

On Wednesdays and Thursdays, DPD Predict shipments will be delayed by one day as DPD Predict no longer provides collections on these days.

Deliveries of fresh products Covid-19:

Information provided by Chronofresh: "During delivery, signatures (paper and on terminals) are no longer required and, in some cases, a photo of your package left at your door could be taken as proof of delivery. For our professional customers, we ask you to affix the company stamp when possible. Finally, we invite you to apply barrier gestures by staying a certain distance from our delivery people and washing your hands when handling the package."
