How do subscriptions work?
Products are automatically delivered according to your schedule. Without commitment, modify or cancel your subscription whenever you want*.
Orders are processed as a standard order. In this context, you benefit from the same rights of withdrawal as for a standard order as described in the General Terms and Conditions which you can consult at https://freskoa.store/policies/terms-of-sale
How are subscriptions billed?
Your first invoice, corresponding to your first delivery, will be billed to you at the end of your order. Your subscription will then be renewed on the same date according to the chosen frequency, for example 1, 3, or 6 months from the initial purchase date, depending on your subscription payment plan.
To find your renewal date:
1. Log in to your FRESKOA account https://freskoa.store/account/login
2. Go to “My Account” → “Manage Subscriptions”.
3. Your next billing date will be listed to the right of your subscription under “Next Billing Date”.
Please note that mobile devices may need to use landscape view to see the renewal date in the future.
How do I change the delivery address for products you have a subscription to?
To update your default shipping address for your subscription:
1. Log in to your FRESKOA account https://freskoa.store/account/login
2. Go to “My Account” → “Manage Subscriptions”.
3. Find the subscription you want to edit. Above that subscription, you will see the shipping address and the option to “EDIT”.
4. Click on “EDIT”.
5. Enter your new shipping address
6. Press “Save”.
Note: If you are trying to change your shipping address after your subscription has renewed, please email us at contact@freskoa.com for assistance updating the shipping address for your next FRESKOA shipment. Updating the shipping address in your subscription management page affects future renewals, but does not update renewal orders that have already been automatically generated.
How can I skip a delivery?
Are you going on vacation, on a business trip or just want to take a break? You can easily skip a shipment at any time. To skip a shipment:
1. Log in to your FRESKOA account https://freskoa.store/account/login
2. Go to “My Account” → “Manage Subscriptions”.
3. Go to “Delivery Schedule”.
4. Skipping one or more upcoming renewals
Note: If you are a multi-month subscriber and would like to skip prepaid shipping, please contact us at contact@freskoa.com for assistance.
Skipping all upcoming mailings displayed on this page is not the same as deactivating your subscription, and your subscription will be renewed at the next scheduled mailing. If you wish to deactivate your subscription, please see "How do I deactivate my subscription".
You can easily do this in your customer account in the subscription management section!
How do I add products to my subscription?
1. Log in to your FRESKOA account https://freskoa.store/account/login
2. Go to “My Account” → “Manage Subscriptions”.
3. Click “Add Product” and select the new subscription plan you want.
4. After choosing the quantity, next billing date and shipping address, confirm your selection by clicking on "Add a product".
5. Deactivate your original subscription. (For instructions, see "How do I deactivate my subscription?")
6. That's it, it's done! Your new subscription will be renewed on the next set billing date :)
Note: If your original subscription still contains prepaid months, please contact us at contact@freskoa.com for assistance adding the remaining months to your new subscription.
How do I deactivate my subscription?
We're sorry to see you go! Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time according to our cancellation policy (see "What is your cancellation policy?").
Please note that deactivating your subscription only prevents your subscription from renewing in the future; it does not cancel any orders already placed.
To deactivate your subscription:
1. Log in to your FRESKOA account https://freskoa.store/account/login
2. Go to “My Account” → “Manage Subscriptions” or “Manage Subscriptions”.
3. Click "Deactivate" to the right of your subscription. For mobile devices, please rotate your screen to landscape mode to see the link.
4. Select a reason to deactivate your subscription. This step is mandatory. If you do not select a reason and proceed to the next screen, your subscription will not be deactivated.
5. Click “Deactivate my subscription” on the next page.
Your subscription is now deactivated! You will receive an email confirmation shortly. When you return to your subscription management page, you should see that your subscription has been deactivated.
Note: If your subscription has not been cancelled, it has not been deactivated.

What is your subscription deactivation policy?
Subscription cancellations must be made at least 1 day before your subscription renewal date. If your renewal date is the 21st of each month, the 20th is the last day to cancel in order to not be charged for the following month's delivery.
Deactivating your subscription only prevents future renewals, it does not cancel existing orders. If you complete the cancellation process after your subscription has renewed, that renewal will be your last box, and your subscription will not be renewed in the future.
