Limited production primeur oil that is only available during the harvest season. Once extracted, it is quickly packaged without filtration to enjoy an oil with a high concentration of polyphenols (natural antioxidants).
TASTING
Green fruity taste with intense notes of vegetables, tomato vines, and artichokes. It also evokes sweet fruits, particularly green banana. In the mouth, it has a medium sweetness and bitterness with a spicy, very balanced finish.

Cultivated and produced on the estate in Navarre.
