COMPOSITION OF THE BASK'BOX

Your box is made up of 4 to 6 artisanal products from the Basque Country. Delicatessen products (savory and sweet), charcuterie, but also drinks can be slipped into the BASK'BOX by FRESKOA. You will have the pleasure of discovering its composition at each reception and immerse yourself in the heart of the Basque Country through this selection of artisanal products carefully selected from the four corners of the 7 Basque provinces.

BASK'BOX by FRESKOA are automatically delivered every month. Without commitment, modify or cancel your subscription whenever you want. You benefit from the same rights of withdrawal as for a classic order as described in the T&Cs that you can consult at the address https://freskoa.store/policies/terms-of-sale

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can easily manage your FRESKOA BASK'BOX subscription from your FRESKOA customer account in the “Manage subscriptions” section.

Suspend your subscription:

Are you going on holiday, on a business trip or simply want to take a break? You can easily skip/suspend a shipment at any time. You can easily suspend your subscription from your FRESKOA customer account.

Cancel your subscription:

Subscribers can deactivate their subscription at any time. Please note that deactivating your subscription only prevents your subscription from renewing in the future; it does not cancel orders already placed. Subscription deactivations must be made at least 1 day before your subscription renewal date. If your renewal date is the 21st of each month, the 20th is the last day to cancel to avoid being charged for the following month's delivery.

Payments:

Your first delivery will be billed to you at the end of your order. A recurring payment will then be renewed on the date your new BASK'BOX by is shipped from the date of your initial subscription order. For example, if your order is placed on July 1st, a first payment will be made at the time of ordering on July 1st. The following month another payment will be made on the date your BASK'BOX by FRSKOA is shipped on August 1st.
