Blend of more than 12 varieties of apples from the Basque Country (Goikoetxea, Txalaka, Urtebi, etc.).

Fermentation at low temperature for 4 months. Natural foam formation

DISTINCTIONS

The Topa cider that we selected won the Gold Medal for the best dry cider at the International Cider Fair in Asturias (Spain), against 18 countries and more than 60 producers, as well as the Bronze Medal at the World Cider Championship in Chicago (USA). It was also awarded 6th place in the top 50 best French ciders in the comparison of the magazine Que Choisir.
