  The rosé wine from the Etxegaraya estate has a salmon color.

  On the nose we note a predominance of white fruits, this Irouleguy rosé from the Etxegaraya estate is floral, with aniseed notes.

  Manual harvest. Vinification in vats. Aging on lees for 7 months.

  TERROIR

  Two types of soils are present on the Etxegaraya estate: Triassic micaceous sandstone and Ophites.

  SITUATION

  The Etxegaraya estate covers just over 5 hectares where the Cabernet Franc, Tannat and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties are cultivated. The vineyard is planted 70% on terraces and 30% on hillsides.
