  Manual harvest. Vinification and aging in vats. Maceration for one week.

  TERROIR

  Two types of soils are present on the Etxegaraya estate: Triassic micaceous sandstone and Ophites.

  SITUATION

  The Etxegaraya estate covers just over 5 hectares where the Cabernet Franc, Tannat and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties are cultivated. The vineyard is planted 70% on terraces and 30% on hillsides.
