TERROIR
The soil is composed of Triassic micaceous sandstone in the commune of Ispoure and limestone in Bussunaritz.
DEVELOPMENT
Manual harvesting and sorting, total destemming, vinification in vats by grape variety and separate plots. Maceration for 13 to 22 days. Malolactic fermentation in vats, aging in barrels of 2 to 5 wines for 12 months.
SITUATION
The Domaine BRANA estate covers 20 hectares in the communes of Ispoure, Bussunaritz and Lecumbery. The vineyard is planted 70% in narrow terraces on slopes with an average gradient of 65°.
