It is to the meeting of Ronan Lagadec and Cyril Pouil that we owe the birth of Monsieur Txokola. These 2 friends, passionate and inventive master chocolatiers, have nearly 30 years of experience between them.
Mr. Txokola is part of the very closed circle of French chocolatiers who work from the bean!
We do not work in the same league as our illustrious colleagues, nor according to the same values! For us, the imperatives are taste and quality before being economic. Your children will not hold it against you, if you try our products. Developed in a logic of fair trade and sustainable agriculture, our spreads are good… And even very good!
