DEVELOPMENT
Hand-picked. Total destemming. Vinification. Fermentation at 28°C. Vatting for 2 to 3 weeks. Aging in barrels, 20% of which are new wood, for 12 months.
TERROIR
The soil is composed of Triassic micaceous sandstone.
SITUATION
The Domaine BRANA estate covers 20 hectares in the communes of Ispoure, Bussunaritz and Lecumbery. The vineyard is planted 70% in narrow terraces on slopes with an average gradient of 65°.
