ORIGIN
The Protected Geographical Indication Alcachofa de Tudela was registered in the European register on October 9, 2001. The geographical area of production includes 33 localities in the Ribera de Navarra.
TASTINGA simple recipe idea: drain the artichokes, cut off the tail, cover them with a slice of semi-cooked foie gras that you lightly pass under a blowtorch to warm it and lightly grill it. Sprinkle with Añana fleur de sel ... all that's left to do is enjoy!
Recommendation: Store in a cool (between 16 and 18°C) and dry place, away from light, and consume quickly after opening.
